{"id":273,"date":"2012-10-16T12:01:58","date_gmt":"2012-10-16T12:01:58","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/figtreestudies.com\/?p=273"},"modified":"2012-10-16T12:01:58","modified_gmt":"2012-10-16T12:01:58","slug":"groups","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/figtreestudies.com\/?p=273","title":{"rendered":"Groups"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><strong>Army of Heaven<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The armies of heaven that are riding on white horses are the resurrected saints.\u00a0 These are the individuals that endured until Christ returned.\u00a0 They are no longer fleshly or physical beings, but they have now been changed into spirit beings.\u00a0 They are following Christ and they will be with Him forever.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Elders (24)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The twenty-four elders are a group of people sitting on thrones in heaven.\u00a0 They are clothed in white with golden crowns on their heads.\u00a0 They worship before the throne of God by throwing their crowns before Him and proclaiming that God is worthy to receive glory, honor, and power.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>Great Army<\/strong><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>This is an army that will exist in the End-time.\u00a0 It is 200,000,000 men strong and it will be assembled to blaze a path of destruction on the earth.\u00a0 They will destroy a third of all the people within their path.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kings (10)<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The ten kings are the ten horns of the scarlet colored beast that the woman is riding.\u00a0 The ten kings are future kings that will live during the End-time. \u00a0They are unified in their beliefs of war against God\u2019s people.\u00a0 In an effort to be stronger, they unite and lend their authority to the woman riding on the back of the scarlet colored beast.\u00a0 Their joint rule with the woman will be short lived because this coalition will only last for a short time, one hour.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Kings of the Earth<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The kings of the earth are the ten kings that gave their power and authority to the beast or Anti-Christ\u2019s regime.\u00a0 They will weep and mourn when they witness the fall of the great city of Babylon.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Magog<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Magog is the followers of Satan.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Man-child<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The man-child is the offspring of the pregnant sun-clothed woman.\u00a0 The man-child is not a literal child or individual.\u00a0 It is the birth of something much larger, such as a nation or a group of people.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Merchants<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The merchants are the one that have obviously taken the mark of the beast.\u00a0 They were allowed to become rich and prosperous during the reign of Anti-Christ.\u00a0 When Babylon falls, they began to weep because they have just witnessed the end of their prosperity.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Nicolaitans<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>Nicolaitans is derived from the name Nicolas, which mean to triumph over, or a heretic.\u00a0 This is a group of people whose belief system was anti-God and their agenda was to teach their false doctrine throughout the region, especially in the churches of Ephesus and Pergamos.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Saints<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The meaning of saints is two-fold.\u00a0 The first connotation of the word saints is those individuals that are born-again.\u00a0 The second meaning is those saints that endured all the way to the end.\u00a0 The end is being identified as the return of Christ.\u00a0 The saints that endue to the end will rule and reign with Christ in the Millennium.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>\u00a0<\/strong><\/p>\n<p><strong>Two Witnesses<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The two witnesses will be two prophets that live in the End-time.\u00a0 They will be immune from death for approximately three and a half years.\u00a0 After that time they will be killed.\u00a0\u00a0 Their dead bodies will lie in the street of Jerusalem for three and a half days, after which they will come back to life and be resurrected.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><strong>144,000<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>The 144,000 are a group of Jewish people that will live during the End-time and they will become the first Jewish people to be born-again during the Tribulation Period.\u00a0 This group will be natives of the nation of Israel with 12,000 coming from each of the twelve tribes.<\/p>\n<div id=\"fb_share_1\" style=\"float: right;
