Revelation chapter 13, describes two beasts. However, most people only focus on one beast, the one that rises up out of the sea (Rev. 13:1).\u00a0\u00a0 Scripture clearly describes another beast in that same chapter.\u00a0 Unlike the first beast, the second beast rises up out of the earth, (Rev. 13:11).<\/p>\n
The first beast that rises out of the sea is thought to be some type of monster.\u00a0 Yes, it can be described as a monster but not in the sense of some grotesque or disfigured animal, having seven heads and ten horns.\u00a0 The beast is a newly formed government or political system founded under extremely difficult circumstances.\u00a0 This system will revolutionize the entire world in a new way of conducting business as usual.<\/p>\n
The first beast or new world order and it will implement the idea that heaven is right here on earth.\u00a0 The leader of this political system will openly encourages mankind to abandon all of their previous beliefs of a god that resides in heaven. The new world order is that mankind should look to him as their god, (Rev. 13:6).\u00a0 He is quite innovative and persuasive, because he convinces a majority of the earth\u2019s population to follow him., (Rev.13. 7-8).\u00a0 He will establish himself to be the god of this world and he convinces mankind that he understands their problems, because he resides here on earth with them, unlike the so-called invisible god in heaven.<\/p>\n
The second beast rises out of the earth, (Rev. 13:11).\u00a0 It is not a monster in reference to being an animal, but it is definitely a monster concerning the wellbeing of mankind.\u00a0 This beast is much like the first beast, in the sense that it introduces a new religious order.\u00a0 The first beast was a political system, but the second beast is a religious system that is more tolerant of other religions and their beliefs.\u00a0 The motive of this religious system is to unite all the world religions into one common religion, with one common god.\u00a0 The major difference being, the one common god is not the god in heaven.\u00a0 The common god is the leader of the political system or first beast, (Rev. 13:12).\u00a0 The leader of this new religious system is a monster, because he eliminates freedom of religion and establishes a mandatory, one world religion.<\/p>\n
Although there are indeed two different beasts in Revelation chapter 13, they are quite similar.\u00a0 The political system or first beast\u2019s agenda is to introduce a new and improved god, and the religious system or second beast\u2019s agenda is to worship that new and improved god. The leaders of both of these systems joined together to form a more perfect union.\u00a0 Under this newly formed government, both the political leader and the religious leader will have the same authority, signifying that separation of church and state will no longer be tolerated.\u00a0 Anyone that follows either one of these beasts or belief systems will ultimately be following a false god; thereby sealing their fate of total separation from the god that created the heavens, the earth, and the seas.<\/p>\n
Both of these beasts will make their debut in the End-times and they will take the world by storm.\u00a0 They will introduce sweeping and radical changes.\u00a0 Changes, that promises to instantly provide a lifestyle filled with abundant love, joy, peace, and prosperity, for all mankind. \u00a0The key things to remember about these two beasts or systems are that their foundational basis is to deceive the entire world, (Rev. 13:14).\u00a0 True to the nature of a beast, anyone that takes the bait will be devoured, because your belief has turned into unbelief.<\/p>\n
