Word or Phrase Meaning
Amillennial No thousand year reign of Christ here on earth
Anti-Christ Impersonator of God
Book of Life Book where the names of the Saints are recorded
First Coming When Jesus came into the world as a baby
First Resurrection The first time  a group of saints will resurrected
with an immortal body
Great White The Second Death, when all of  the unrighteous
Throne Judgment dead will be cast into the Lake of Fire
Lake of Fire A Place of eternal fire, where death and hell
will be thrown
Little Season An unknown amount of time immediately after
the Millennium
Mid-Tribulation Belief that Christ will return for the Saints in the
middle of the Tribulation Period
Millennium A period of one thousand years of peace on earth
while Satan is bound in the Bottomless Pit
Preterist Belief that all of the end-time prophecies in the book of
Revelation has already been fulfilled
Prewrath Belief that the saints will go through the Tribulation but, will be raptured just prior to the outpouring
of God’s wrath
Pre-millennial The return of Christ for the Saints at the
conclusion of the Tribulation Period and the
beginning of the Millennium
Pre-Tribulation Belief that Christ will return for the saints just
prior to the Tribulation period
Post-millennial The return of Christ one thousand years after the
conclusion of the Tribulation Period
Post Tribulation Belief that Christ will return for the Saints at the
conclusion of the Tribulation Period
Rapture The return of Christ for the Saints in the air to
give both; the righteous dead and righteous living
their immortal bodies
Second Coming The return of Christ for his Saints to give them
their immortal bodies
Second Death The time when death and hell is thrown into the
Lake of Fire
Tribulation The last seven years as time before Christ begins
ruling on earth
Wrath The punishment that is unleashed upon all the
people that lived abominable lives
