Army of Heaven

The armies of heaven that are riding on white horses are the resurrected saints.  These are the individuals that endured until Christ returned.  They are no longer fleshly or physical beings, but they have now been changed into spirit beings.  They are following Christ and they will be with Him forever.

Elders (24)

The twenty-four elders are a group of people sitting on thrones in heaven.  They are clothed in white with golden crowns on their heads.  They worship before the throne of God by throwing their crowns before Him and proclaiming that God is worthy to receive glory, honor, and power.

Great Army 

This is an army that will exist in the End-time.  It is 200,000,000 men strong and it will be assembled to blaze a path of destruction on the earth.  They will destroy a third of all the people within their path.

Kings (10)

The ten kings are the ten horns of the scarlet colored beast that the woman is riding.  The ten kings are future kings that will live during the End-time.  They are unified in their beliefs of war against God’s people.  In an effort to be stronger, they unite and lend their authority to the woman riding on the back of the scarlet colored beast.  Their joint rule with the woman will be short lived because this coalition will only last for a short time, one hour.

Kings of the Earth

The kings of the earth are the ten kings that gave their power and authority to the beast or Anti-Christ’s regime.  They will weep and mourn when they witness the fall of the great city of Babylon.

Magog

Magog is the followers of Satan.

Man-child

The man-child is the offspring of the pregnant sun-clothed woman.  The man-child is not a literal child or individual.  It is the birth of something much larger, such as a nation or a group of people.

Merchants

The merchants are the one that have obviously taken the mark of the beast.  They were allowed to become rich and prosperous during the reign of Anti-Christ.  When Babylon falls, they began to weep because they have just witnessed the end of their prosperity.

Nicolaitans

Nicolaitans is derived from the name Nicolas, which mean to triumph over, or a heretic.  This is a group of people whose belief system was anti-God and their agenda was to teach their false doctrine throughout the region, especially in the churches of Ephesus and Pergamos.

Saints

The meaning of saints is two-fold.  The first connotation of the word saints is those individuals that are born-again.  The second meaning is those saints that endured all the way to the end.  The end is being identified as the return of Christ.  The saints that endue to the end will rule and reign with Christ in the Millennium.

Two Witnesses

The two witnesses will be two prophets that live in the End-time.  They will be immune from death for approximately three and a half years.  After that time they will be killed.   Their dead bodies will lie in the street of Jerusalem for three and a half days, after which they will come back to life and be resurrected.

144,000

The 144,000 are a group of Jewish people that will live during the End-time and they will become the first Jewish people to be born-again during the Tribulation Period.  This group will be natives of the nation of Israel with 12,000 coming from each of the twelve tribes.
