Another prediction of the end of the world has come and gone. The date was 5/21/2011. Since that date has passed, a new date has already been set by the same individual. The new date is 10/21/2011. This is at least the third prediction of the end of the world by the same individual, and two of them have already failed. When will people learn? No one knows the day or the hour of the end of the world; Mt.24:36, “…..of that day and hour knoweth no man, no, not the angels of heaven, but my Father only.”
We should not focus on a specific date for the end of the world, but we should use that time and energy to set our houses in order. Jesus told us to be ready, because He will come in an hour of which you are not prepared; Mat.25:13, “…… This does not necessarily mean the end of the world. It could very well mean the day and hour of your death. Guess what, on the day of your death, the world just came to an end for you. Are you ready?
