Tribulation Survivors

It’s often taught that everyone that does not take the Mark of the Beast during the Tribulation Period will be killed.  This couldn’t be farther from the true.  If only the recipients of the Mark of the Beast are left on earth, then who will the resurrected saints rule over for one thousand years?   I ask this question because all that receive the Mark of the Beast will be destroyed at the return of Christ; Rev.14:9-11.  This means that there will not be anymore people left on earth.  Scripture indicates that there will have to be people on earth after the Tribulation Period, for the simple reason that Satan is bound for one thousand years specifically so that he cannot deceive them.  Simply put, there will be survivors of the Tribulation Period that did not receive the Mark of the Beast.
